​In 2011, Brian Brodersen's design work was awarded the Multi-housing News (MHN) Excellence Award for Best New Development in the Garden category. (Arcadia Studio, CSI Architects, Jensen Design and Survey) for Ralston Courtyard Apartments in Ventura, California.
